Kernel panic sur prise jack de mon Imac 21.5"

Bonjour,

après une fausse alerte sur mon imac suite à l'installation d' Entourage, me voilà avec un autre soucis qui m'inquiète un peu plus.

En effet, le retrait d'une prise jack (à l'arrière de l'écran) provoque un kernel Panic et son triste "you need to restart ..."
J'ai même l'impression que le retrait après extinction de l'imac provoque le Kernel au démarrage suivant.

Connaissez vous un moyen de diagnostiquer et de réparer cela?

Il semble que le kernel soit surtout du à mon modem USB (Fast 800 sagem). c'est ce qui semble ressortir à la lecture de certains forum.
Si certains d'entre vous sait lire les rapports, je vous en copie un. j'en ai eu trois lors de différents test ce soir.

Ca fait des années que les Mac Users ont des enmerdes avec ces modems. Foutez les une fois pour toute à la poubelle ! :rateau: Le réseau, ça se fait en ethernet, l'USB c'est pour les loosers qui n'avaient pas de port ethernet sur leur PC pourris.

(et puis ça me donnera une occasion de vanner un peu mon beau-frère qui ne jure que par Apple car, il parait, ça ne plante jamais ....)

Néanmoins, je cherche sur le forum le "mode d'emploi" pour déchiffrer les rapports de kernel. pas trouvé. si quelqu'un connait un truc la-dessus, cela m'intéresse.

Il n'y a pas de mode d'emploi, ça affiche la pile d'appels et en général tu finis par tomber sur un nom en clair qui t'indique la librairie ou l'application coupable, dans ton cas il n'y a pas plus clair :

S'il n'y a rien d'indiquer dans la pile, ça peut venir d'un problème sur une barrette mémoire.

Pour les problèmes des modems Sagem, une petite recherche t'aurait vite mis sur la voie du coupable.
