Finder.app ne s'ouvre pas

Là, il y a quatre possibilités : soit tu n'as pas le droit d'enlever l'application de son dossier initial, soit tu n'as pas le droit de la mettre dans la poubelle, soit les deux...
À moins que ce soit le Finder qui soit vraiment véreux.

Bref : est-ce que, avec PathFinder, tu peux supprimer ? Si oui : c'est bien le Finder qui est mal en point, sinon, c'est une "simple" question de droits.

Il faut alors vérifier les droits d'accès des différents dossiers poubelles ainsi que les droits attachés à ton utilisateur. Avec les commandes suivantes :

  • sudo ls -l@ed /.Trashes
  • ls -l@ed ${HOME}/.Trash
  • id -G
Reste que :
a) tu devrais mettre à jour la description de ta configuration (là, c'est Snow Leopard :))
b) quelle application souhaites-tu désinstaller/supprimer ?
c) si jamais tu as un SSD, n'utilise pas le mode de suppression sécurisé.
 
Le Finder propose un menu Vider la Corbeille en mode sécurisé dans sa barre des menus, à la rubrique Finder.

C'est avec Utilitaire de Disque qu'on répare les permissions : on sélectionne Macintosh HD dans la colonne de gauche, on clique sur l'onglet SOS, et on clique le menu.

Le Launchpad permet de supprimer une application achetée sur l'App Store : clic prolongé pour faire trembloter les icônes, puis clic sur la petite croix sur l'appli.
 
bonjour, je pense que mon pb de poubelle est lié à mon pb de finder. Pathfinder ne marche pas mieux que finder. Hier après avoir vidé la corbeille via la console, j'ai pu à un moment ouvrir le finder, parcourir mes dossiers, mettre une application à la poubelle, vider celle ci. Donc quand le finder marche, je n'ai pas de pb de poubelle, donc de droit. J'ai cru que c'était tout bon, j'ai fermé et relancé ma session, les pbs étaient toujours là. Pour faire cela j'ai pu profiter d'un moment ou le menu finder s'affiche. Il s'affiche 2 ou 3 seconds à l'ouverture de ma session puis le disque coloré apparait puis le menu disparait pour réapparaitre en même temps que ce qui est sur mon bureau une ou deux secondes toutes les 2, 3 minutes peut être. Quand je clique sur dashboard, celui ci s'ouvre 1 seconde et je reviens à l'image de mon fond d'écran .
J'ai mis à jour mon profil. Je n'ai pas d'autre application à priori à enlever, je voulais juste enlever celle qui avait été installée entre le moment ou tout allait bien (après la mise à niveau vers Yosemite) et le moment ou ça a merdé. (le tout dans la même journée).
 
Bonjour, comme je l'ai expliqué dans la discussion yosemite vos retours j'ai un souci ressemblant. Voici le message en question :

Installation réussie chez moi sur mon vieil ordinateur iMac de 2007. Le tout marche bien ou presque. Par contre, mon dock semble buguer puisque je ne peux rien faire ou presque à partir de ce dernier. En gros, impossible d'utiliser le menu des icônes présents dans le dock. Pour vider la corbeille je ne peux le faire qu'à partir de la barre de menu du haut et non du dock et idem pour ouvrir une nouvelle fenêtre ou bien lorsque je clique sur la flèche affichée d'un dossier présent dans le dock, c'est impossible et j'ai droit au message suivant : « impossible d'ouvrir l'application Finder.app car elle ne répond pas ».

Pas trop gênant, mais bon... Merci.
 
je ne suis pas sur que ce soit exactement la même chose.
Moi, mis à part le fonctionnement de finder+bureau+corbeille qui ne marche pas sur mon compte, tout le reste marche. Avec un autre compte tout marche . Maintenant, je suis bien dans l'expectative concernant ce que je peux faire ...

Essaie les choses l'une après l'autre :

- Relancer le Finder (Ctrl+Alt+clic sur son icône dans le Dock) ;
- réparer les permissions avec Utilitaire de Disque (Spotlight t'aidera à le lancer) ;
- ouvrir ta session en mode sans échec (touche Maj enfoncée au démarrage puis à la connexion) ;
- installer la nouvelle version d'Onyx et vider les caches de ta session ;
- regarder dans la Console (et pas dans le Terminal) les rapports de crash du Finder.
 
J'ai repris la chose en main, les premiers points sont faits, je suppose que pour le dernier (regarder dans la console le rapport de crash du finder) c'est après avoir relancé ma session en mode normal
 
J'ai relancé ma session; j'ai à nouveau bien cru que c'était bon: finder ouvert , navigation possible puis, à nouveau roue multicolore et disparition du finder. je suis sur la console, comment dois je lire les infos de crash du finder ?
 
Va au menu Console > Présentation > Afficher la liste d'historiques pour afficher la barre latérale.

Puis cherche ce qui concerne le Finder dans la barre latérale : Rapports de diagnostic, CrashReporter, DiagnosticReports.

Et copie-colle un rapport de crash dans ton prochain message.

As-tu éliminé les logiciels à l'Ouverture de ton compte ? vidé les caches de ta session ?

Si tu as installé Onyx, tu peux essayer une Automation toutes options cochées et redémarrer le Mac.

Sinon, je crois qu'on va devoir regarder ce qu'il y a dans tes LaunchAgents avec le Terminal :

Soit le rapport lui-même est incomplet et c'est surprenant.
Soit il n'est que partiellement affiché et c'est dommage.

Si tu n'as pas le temps d'opérer en mode graphique la désactivation des éléments qui se lancent au démarrage de session (in : Menu /Préférences Système/Utilisateurs et groupes/biniou/Ouverture) parce que ton Finder plante trop vite ; mais si tu souhaites néanmoins les neutraliser pour vérifier si ce ne serait pas le lancement d'une application contrariante qui mettrait le Finder en rideau --> alors je te propose encore de repasser par le «Terminal» de la «Recovery HD» -->


  • À l'invite de commande -bash-3.2#, saisis (en continuant d'adapter les intitulés colorés) :

Bonjour,
Comme il n'y a "que" le finder+bureau+poubelle qui ne marchent pas, j'ai accès à préférences systèmes/utilisateurs/mon compte/ouverture. Hier je n'avais fait que "masquer" les applications au démarrage (je ne sais pas trop encore ce que cela signifie) mais j'ai depuis supprimé toute ouverture automatique d'application (touche -) . Cela n'a pas changé le comportement de mon compte. Dois je quand même faire ta manip manomaniac ? Quant au rapport de crash finder, j'ai à partir de la console fait s'afficher la liste des rapports de crash concernant le finder, la seule possibilité que je pense avoir dans la mesure ou comme il y en a un qui s'ajoute toute les secondes dans la barre latérale je n'ai pas le temps de le parcourir son contenu dans la fenêtre principale, c'est de me l'envoyer par mail. Je n'ai jamais eu le temps de voir son contenu autrement que ce que j'ai reçu par mail. Donc savoir si il y avait un thread 13 !... je vais retenter le coup et si il est plus complet je vous l'envoie

S'il y a la pile d'appel du thread qui a crashé, pourquoi pas.

Si le problème n'est pas présent sur une autre session, tu n'as plus qu'à faire le ménage dans ton répertoire "Bibliothèque" : QuickLook, Services, Scripts, ScreenSavers, Plug-ins, LaunchAgents, Contextual Menu Items, ...

2 questions qui vont te paraitre triviales :
faire le ménage dans les Bibliothèques ça consiste à supprimer les fichiers et dossiers contenus dans les dossiers Quicklook, Services, Scripts ....?
Le dossier Bibliothèques c'est celui qui est directement sous "macintosh HD" ? j'aurais pensé qu'il était dans le dossier Utilisateurs puis "mon nom d'utilisateur"
