J'ai un mac pro avant dernière génération :

Xeon 4 x 2.0 Ghz
4 Go Ram ( 4 Barrettes de 1 Go )
DD 250 Go
Leopard 10.5.2

J'ai essayé d'instaler un DD interne 500 Go acheté chez MacWay, le disque n'est pas reconny malgré qu'il tourne.

J'ai retiré le disque pour l'envoyer chez MacWay mais depuis mon ac reboot intempestivment quand ca lui chante.

J'ai tout essayé :

Reinstalation du systeme apres effacement complet du disque
Debranchage 10 secondes puis redemarrage
Apple Hardware Test
Maintenance et Onyx

Rien n'y fait...

Réinstaller Leopard et NE PAS FAIRE la MAJ 10.5.2… Ou alors juste en passant par la combo dispo sur le site Apple…
 
Peux tu detailler s'il te plait Dos Jones ???

EN quoi la 10.5.2 pourrait elle être coupable ???

Des problèmes peuvent apparaître suivant les configurations en faisant les MAJ depuis le menu Pomme surtout, si plusieurs sont proposées en même temps…

La combo se télécharge sur le site Apple et s'applique toutes applications fermées avec réparations des autorisations AVANT et APRES par sécurité…
 
Tu me conseilles donc à partir de ma 10.5.2 actuelle de reparer les autorisations, de telecharger la combo et de l'installer, puis de reparer a nouveaux les autorisations ???

Pour reparer les autorisations tu me conseille l'utilitaire apple ou un autre logiciel comme onyx ???? Merci encore !!!

Attention sur ces machine vérifier les "jumper" des HD aucun HD en slave... Si vous avez acheté un HD sans vérifier il est en slave par défaut.
Ça peut-être la cause du problème, d'abord par reconnu car en slave et il ne sait pas ce que c'est.... ensuite en le retirant, il reste une trace de son installation loupée.
Donc comme conseillé ré-installer Léo et vérifier sa connexion.
 
Paisley ca voudrait dire reinstaller leopard et essayer d'installer le nouveau disque sans jumper c'est ca ???

Sur le DD d'origine doit il y avoir un jumper ???

Que me conseillez vous à partir de ma config actuelle ?

De plus mon dvd de leopard est un dvd d'update, pensez vous qu'il est mieux de refaire une install de 0 à partir de mes disques tiger puis d'updater à leopard ???

Ou une reinstall de leopard via mise à jour combo effacera ces petites erreurs ?

Quel est le meilleur moyen d'etre sur de reinstaller le systeme "de 0" ???

Quand on installe un HD sur une machine le HD principal doit être en Master les autres en Slave.
Sauf que sur certaines machines, surtout celle dont les cartes mère sont issue de version serveur les HD sont monté en SD, c'est l'OS qui détermine l'ordre de ceux-ci.

Par ailleurs je remarque que c'est un Mac Pro, par défault ces disques sont pas formaté HSF+ mais en NTFS (win), là est peut-être votre problème.
Si c'est le cas, il faut utiliser l'utilitaire disque pour le re-formater en HSF+.
 
Jusqu'aujourd'hui je n'ai jamais reussi à detecter le disque avec un utilitire de disque que ce soit sous leopard, sous tiger, ou en demarrant sur un disque d'installation.

Pouvez vous me renseigner sur le passage des disques en master slave et le positionnement des jumpers ???
 
J'ai reinstallé la 10.5.2 au propre via la maj combo.

J'aimerai re tenter une installe du HD, que dois je vérifier ???

Virer les jumpers et demarrer sur le cd d'install pour executer directement l'utilitaire de disque ???
