Comment désinstaller Ntr Connect ?

Bonjour.

J'ai installé, il y de cela longtemps, un programme qui me permettais de contrôler mon ordinateur a distance. (NTR connect)

J'ai voulu la supprimer (j'ai sélectionné l'application, clique droit, placé dans la corbeille, mon mot de passe a été demandé et j'ai vidé la corbeille), car elle ne m'était plus utile. De plus elle se mettait en route avec la session.
Je pensais que tout allait bien, en effet il n'y avait plus de trace de cette application dans les applications.

Mais voila le lendemain lorsque j'allume mon ordinateur que vois-je avec l'ouverture de ma session, NTR connect, alors que je l'avais supprimée...

J'ai recommencé les démarches pour supprimer l'application, puis j'ai redémarré mon ordi, et bien non. Je vois l'icône qui saute joyeusement en bas de mon écran en me narguant.
De plus elle ne marche plus, elle tourne, tourne, tourne...

qui dois je faire pour supprimer NTC connect une fois pour toute ?

How to manually uninstall the NTR Cloud for ITSM agent.
Instructions
Always try to uninstall the computer from you NTR Cloud for ITSM first. If that fails, follow the steps below to manually uninstall it.
WINDOWS
To uninstall the NTR Cloud agent:
Click on Start and run regedit.exe
Delete the following registry keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NTR\NTRadmin
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\NTRadmin
Delete the Installation folder:
C:\Program Files\NTR global\NTRadmin
If you are not able to delete the files (step 3), then restart the computer and try deleting them again.
Mac OS X
Close the service process
Run /Applications/Utilities/Terminal.app
Type su and enter the root password. If you don't know it, ask the administrator of this machine.
Type ps-x|grep service|grep admin to see the process list of root user.
Get the number in the first column (Pid)
Type kill
Type ps-x|grep service|grep admin to check that the process is it not running any more.
Exit the NTR Service Desk interface application
You should see an NTR Cloud icon in the Dock. Right-click it and select Quit
Delete NTR Cloud for ITSM service folder
Run /Applications/Utilities/Terminal.app
Type su and enter root password.If you don't know it, ask the administrator of this machine.
Type rm -rf /Library/StartupItems/NTRCloudStartup
Delete the NTR Cloud for ITSM interface application
Run /Applications/Utilities/Terminal.app
Type su and enter root password. If you don't know it, ask the administrator of this machine.
Type rm -rf /Applications/NTRCloud.app
Delete the machine in NTR Cloud for ITSM.
Log into NTR Cloud for ITSM and uninstall the machine.

Dans ce fil, la problèmatique tient à la fois de Mac OS X et d'un logiciel de réseau, pas vraiment de bureautique. Comme on a bien entendu lu au préalable le message de Pascal77 en tête du forum "Bureautique, utilitaires, éducation", on déménage vers "Internet et réseau", qui est a priori le mieux adapté et où se retrouvent les spécialistes pour en discuter. Et hop !!!

Remarque : ce n'est ni une brimade, ni une punition, c'est juste un peu de rangement...

Je me sens tout bête de ne pas avoir pensé plutôt d'aller sur le site du créateur.

Probleme résolu, même si je n'aime pas trop utiliser le terminal.
