Le finder plante lors de la pose d'étiquette

Bonjour, depuis cet après midi j'ai un petit problème. Dans le finder, chaque fois que je me une étiquette de couleur a un fichier (pour les classer) le finder se relance et me rammene au dossier de racine. L'étiquette est bel et bien présente par la suite mais je dois avouer que c'est parfois gênant de toujours avoir le finder qui se relance... de plus je suis convaincue que ça n'a pas toujours été ainsi.. je trouve cela étrange!

Je suis sous tiger et tout est à jour... Que faire...

La première chose à faire est de réparer les autorisations, ensuite de nettoyer et maintenir os X via ONYX.

Voila je viens de passer Onyx, et j'ai reparé tout les autorisations avec ce dernier. J'ai exécuté toutes les opérations de maintenant, vider les cache internet et tout les autre cache du systeme (excepté noyau). Ce que cela fait: Le finder plante toujours mais une env. 10 sec apres avoir poser l'étiquette... Donc D'autre suggestion?

Es-tu sûr de ne pas avoir installer un soft ou un plug-in un peu exotique ? Cela n'a certainement rien à voir avec ce plug-in là en particulier, mais cela me rappelle ce genre de problème.

Ce serait intéressant de regarder les rapports de plantages dans Informations Système...

Désolé, j'ai pas lu le rapport de crash (trop long pour moi :rateau, mais j'ai noté ce que j'ai mis en rouge.

Il s'agit probablement du plug-in stuffit pour le menu contextuel qui pose problème.

Soit tu vires tout stuffit et réinstalle l'ancienne version afin d'avoir accès au plug-in si tu utilises celui-ci.

Soit tu déplaces (histoire de vérifier que c'est bien ça le problème avant de le jeter) le plug-in de cette version-ci de Stuffit qui se trouve dans Disque Dur/Bibliothèque/Contextual Menu Items (ou dans TaMaison/Bibliothèque/Contextual Menu Items) et tu relances le Finder pour tester.

Effectivement, une fois le plugin virer... plus aucun problème! Tu es fort mon ami! Mais maintenant est-il possible de réinstaller stuffit sans ce plugin? Afin de tout de même bénificier du logiciel pour compresser et décompresser?

Bonsoir,

j'ai le même problème et le fait de retirer le plugin ne fait plus planter mon finder.
Par contre, je ne trouve pas le patch dont tu parles, je trouve juste des maj (et j'ai la dernière version).

Ce plugin est-il "vital" à l'utilisation du soft?

Puis-je le mettre ailleurs?

Où puis-je trouver ce patch s'il ne s'agit pas d'une maj?

voilà la solution :

There appears to be a bug in the version of the contextual menu plug-in that was installed with Stuffit Deluxe 11.0.2. Luckily, our development team was able to devise a patch quickly, and it is available here ftp://ftp.smithmicro.com/stuffit/stuffitcm.plugin.zip

To apply the patch, do the following:

Download the patch.
Unzip the StuffitCM.plugin.zip file that I am sending to you.
Go to your Mac's /Library/Contextual Menu Items folder.
Delete the existing StuffitCM.plugin file.
Insert the new StuffitCM.plugin file, that I am sending to you.
Log out then back in.


That should fix the problem.
