Comme mentionné, tu n'es toujours pas à jour, la dernière version est la 10.13.2 via mise à jour de App Store.
En lançant EasyFind et en tapant optenet tu ne vois pas un fichier ou dossier portant ce nom ?
Même remarque pour CleanMymac. Toujours avec EasyFind et en tapant cleanmymac ou macpaw tu ne vois aucun fichier ?
Toujours pas de réponse sur le fait d'avoir des patchs de El Capitan et de Sierra pour ton imprimante Epson alors que tu es sous High Sierra ?
Je serais curieux de voir le contenu du dossier ~/Library/LaunchAgents/, fais donc une copie écran de la fenêtre de ce dossier en suivant ceci... https://support.apple.com/fr-fr/HT201361 ...soit le raccourci clavier shift+cmd+4. La fenêtre doit aussi avoir ce réglage...

Pour le fichier optenet, il doit être dans Macintosh HD/Système/Bibliothèque/Extensions, temporairement tu peux le virer en le mettant dans la Corbeille, tu redémarres et vois ce qu'il se passe. Si aucun dysfonctionnement tu peux vider la Corbeille.

C'est le minimum à faire si tu ne veux pas rester à la rue en cas de problème. Mais avant, pense à faire la mise à jour en 10.13.2 et installer uBlock dans Safari sans oublier d'utiliser Maintenance pour faire un peu de ménage dans les fichiers système.
