Macbook Pro 15" i7 2011 neuf se fige

Bonsoir,

Je viens d'acheter un macbook pro 15" de 2011
Core i7 avec écran mat HD et pour le reste la configuration de base.
Il a à seulement 4 jours et je rencontre déjà des problèmes grave.
Que faire?

Quelques explications:

J'ai fais un première réinstalation du Os puis j'ai installé Seven avec boot camp.
J'ai mis à jour les pilots via l'exe se trouvant sur le CD Mac OSx d’installation.

Pas de problème à première vu du coté de Os, en revanche il est arrivé rapidement que seven plante sur un écran bleu lors d'une installation en me disant qu'il avait repéré un problème et qu'il allait relancé seven.

Même problème similaire sur Os par la suite:
Sans activité particulière, et sans prévenir (message d'erreur , icone, fond bleu ou gris) en faite il se fige sur le bureau et l'activité actuel et ne réagit plus du tout.
(seul la souris bouge, mais le doc, le bureau, la barre des menus sont figés) pas moyen, non plus, de forcer à quitter les applications car la fenêtre de s'ouvre même pas.
Si je ferme pour le mètre en veille et le réouvre, le clavier lumineux ne s'allume même pas.

ps: l'ordi ne sort même plus de veille

Voilà j'ai donc un grave problème et j'ai donc réinstallé Os après avoir supprimé seven avec boot camp et avoir formaté le disc et le problème persiste :'(

Quelqu'un saurait se que je peux faire ?

Bonjour,
Tu bénéficies encore de l'assistance téléphonique gratuite, n'hésite pas. J'ai fait la même instal il y a 3 semaines (OS X et windows 7 via bootcamp sur macbook pro 2011 15'' 2.0Ghz) et je n'ai aucun problème.
