Formula 1 driver Jacques Villeneuve to launch debut single
in Canada

BMW F1 driver, Jacques Villeneuve is delighted to announce that he will release the debut track from his new album during the Canadian Grand Prix week.
After the news broke at last months Monaco Grand Prix that Jacques had recorded an album over the course of the past winter, demand has been high for the former F1 World Champion to release a taster of the album. Therefore, Jacques has made the decision to launch this track in his home country, where he has always had strong support from his local fans.
The single, a*French-Canadian song,*Accepterais-tu?, is Jacques first offering from a tasty acoustic-rock album. There will be a very limited edition run of 5000 copies available for purchase from Monday, June 26th 2006 at Jacques own restaurant, Newtown, in Montreal. However, to ensure that people can listen to the song, Jacques has set up a special page accessible through
www.myspace.com/jvofficial. The song will be available on iTunes later on this week.
In the week preceding the Canadian Grand Prix, local radio networks and broadcasters will also present this unique and exciting project to the Canadian population.
Within the next couple of months, further information will be released concerning the launch of Jacques first album, which will be made at an international level this time.
