Ah mais j'ai cru que c'était le cadenas des préf systemes que tu voyais, mais c'est un cadenas directement sur l'écran au démarrage ?

Non, c’est par exemple si je veux enlever le contrôle parental, il y a un cadenas à déverrouiller et là , vu que j’ai supprimé ( je ne sais pas comment) l’administa Et son mot de passe , en tant sûinvite je ne peux pas le déverrouiller . L’ identifiant et le mot de passe de fonctionne plus!

Cale-toi visuellement entre votre et réponse --> et remonte en imagination une ligne droite visuelle à la verticale --> qui te fait traverser sur 2,5 cm environ le champ de saisie d'une réponse et pof ! tu tombes sur la petite barre de menus...

... et pile dans cette barre de menus > que vois-tu ? --> un bouton carré avec un + inscrit dedans. Tu vois ce qui te reste à faire...

Merci j’ai vu mais il n’ynetais Pas j’ai dû appuyer sur un logo à côté d’une clé et là tout s’est inscrit !!! Je te fais ça ce soir car là j’en suis en extérieur et pas avec le mac . Ça pourra te convenir? C’est compliqué à mon âge !!!! Merci 1000 fois pour ta patience

Si j'insiste pour avoir ce tableau --> c'est que ma capacité à t'aider techniquement avec sûreté dépend de ce type d'informations précises.
 
Donc on repart du départ.

Dans la session de secours --> tu lances le Terminal > après l'affichage -bash-3.2# tu écris : diskutil list (en 2 mots) et tu presses la touche "Entrée" ( la grande touche à droite avec le sigle ↩︎ inscrit dessus) du clavier pour activer la commande.

Tu vois s'afficher dans la fenêtre du Terminal un tableau décrivant le disque du Mac avec ses partitions.

Voici ce que tu fais de ce tableau -->

  • tu sélectionnes le tableau complet > ⌘C pour le copier dans le presse-papier > ⌘Q pour quitter le «Terminal» > option  : "Obtenir de l'aide en ligne" (dans la fenêtre des 4 Utilitaires) > ce qui lance un navigateur «Safari» 
  • page Apple par défaut > un clic sur l'adresse de haut de page pour l'éditer > saisis  : macgénération (tout court  : c'est une barre de recherche Google) et valide > tu atteins le site MacGé > Forums > te connectes > ce fil 
  • dans la page de ce fil de MacGé > presse le bouton (carré avec un + inscrit - juste au milieu de la largeur de la fenêtre totale) dans la barre de menus au-dessus du champ de saisie d'un message > menu  : </> Code > par ⌘V colle dans la fenêtre Code > presse le bouton Insérer (ce procédé permet un affichage fenêtré qui économise l'espace de page en respectant la mise en forme des tableaux du «Terminal» --> d'où une plus grande lisibilité)

Si tu sais pas utiliser le fameux bouton --> fais un copier-coller brut.

Ce coup-ci --> le procédé fonctionne.

Mais il y a encore un petit mais...

... tu n'as pas sélectionné dans le Terminal le tableau en partant du tout début --> puisque comme tu le vois ton affichage ici commence au disk15 et pas au disk0 qui est le premier disque (et le plus important --> c'est le disque physique du Mac).

Il y a un procédé d'ascenseur dans la fenêtre du Terminal > qui te permet de remonter tout en haut de tableau pour le sélectionner du départ. Tu peux aussi agrandir la fenêtre du Terminal en pinçant son coin droit et en le tirant vers le bas de l'écran.

Je vais donc te demander de repasser dans le Terminal la même commande :

(commande dans la zone bleutée seulement) > de sélectionner tout le tableau à partir du début > et d'en faire un nouveau copier ici dans une fenêtre de code.

Comme tu as compris le procédé > tu trouveras ça beacoup plus facile.

Le volume principal s'appelle donc Macintosh HD > et il est l'hôte d'un système de stockage dit "CoreStorage" qui n'est pas chiffré. FileVault (le logiciel de chiffrement) n'est donc pas activé.

Pour que je me rende compte de la situation actuelle des utilisateurs dans le volume Macintosh HD --> il faudrait que tu passes à présent dans le Terminal de la session de secours la commande suivante :

  • comme cette commande va te sembler assez complexe à saisir > voici le procédé commode que tu vas employer --> le "copier-coller à rebours" - eh oui ! si l'on peut faire un copier-coller depuis le Terminal de la session de secours à cette page des forums MacGé > il est tout aussi possible de faire un copier-coller inverse à partir de cette page des forums MacGé > dans la fenêtre du Terminal de la session de secours. C'est ce que tu vas faire.
  • donc tu commences par venir ici "les mains vides" (sans rien dans le presse-papier) > tu sélectionnes uniquement ma commande inscrite dans la zone bleutée ci-dessus --> je te la redonnes en gras :

diskutil listUsers /Volumes/"Macintosh HD" | grep -v '_'


  • et par ⌘C tu la copies dans le presse-papier. Tu quittes alors Safari > ce qui réaffiche l'écran de la session de secours > tu relances le Terminal > par ⌘V hop ! tu colles la commande dans sa fenêtre et tu presses la touche "Entrée" pour l'exécuter
  • tu vas voir s'afficher un tableau mettant en regard les Noms Courts et les Noms Longs des utilisateurs (de type personnel) du volume Macintosh HD

=> tu connais le procédé à présent pour poster ici ce tableau des utilisateurs (le copier-coller "à l'endroit" cette fois).

Ça y était presque. Mais dans ta commande initiale > je ne sais pas pourquoi tu as collé 3 fois la même commande (comme si tu avais fait 3 coller à la suite ta-ta-ta) au lieu de coller la commande une seule fois.

Recommence en vérifiant que tu n'as qu'une seule commande :

Exécute-la alors et tu obtiendras le tableau des utilisateurs.

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi la commande se trouve saisie 3 fois à la queu-leu-leu.

On va s'y prendre autrement --> je vais te faire recréer un utilisateur Admin du volume Macintosh HD > ce qui te permettra de ré-ouvrir une session.

Pour cela > dans le Terminal dont tu commences à avoir l'habitude > il faut que tu saisisses à la main avec exactitude la commande suivante (sois très soigneuse pour saisir cette commande) :

(respecte l'espace entre rm et /Volumes--- ; mets "Macintosh HD" avec des "" ; il n'y a pas d'espace entre HD" et /var--- ; pas non plus entre db/ et .AppleSetupDone)

Je te la remets en gras pour la clarté :

rm /Volumes/"Macintosh HD"/var/db/.AppleSetupDone

  • cette commande supprime un fichier de finalisation vide dans le volume Macintosh HD --> ce qui va te permettre de ré-obtenir les panneaux de paramétrage du Mac / création d'un compte admin comme à la fin d'une 1ère installation. Elle passe sans commentaire.
  • Quitte le Terminal > va à : Menu  > Disque de démarrage > redémarre sur Macintosh HD --> à un moment donné > au lieu d'avoir l'écran d'ouverture de session > tu vas toucher la série des panneaux de paramétrage du Mac. Renseigne tout avec exactitude.
  • le dernier panneau te permet de créer un compte admin : ne prends pas d'identifiants personnels ni ceux de l'ancien compte > choisis : Nom complet = nana > nom de compte = nana > mot-de-passe = nana. C'est un compte Admin de type auxiliaire que tu crées.

Tu ouvres une session nana --> tu n'auras qu'à dire si tu as réussi cette opération.
